Soccer season is here!
It's time to put on those cleats and get a ball at your kids feet. Baker Park and Pierce Memorial Park in Cheshire are available for practice. There are two fields available for Travel teams at the Academy.

RDYSL/Rochester Rhino's Opening Night: Saturday, May 17, 2008 Kick off 7:35pm. All youth players to be honored on-field for the RDYSL Opening Ceremony at the Rhinos Season Opener on May 17th, as the Mayor Robert Duffy kicks out the ceremonial "First Kick". As an added Bonus - American Idol Runner up Bo Bice will be playing a concert after this game, which will be free to all in attendance. All Attack Team Pro Pass holders will be admitted free with their pass, and additional tickets can be purchased from the Rhino's Box office for $8.00 each. All players who plan to go on the field should meet under Section 123 at Paetec Park at 6:15 PM (gates open at 6:00--enter through any gate). Players will have their hands stamped and will be organized by club for the parade onto the field. 2008 Canandaigua Soccer Night at Paetec Park
The Rochester Rhinos will be taking on the Vancouver Whitecaps at Paetec Park on Friday June 13th with an 8:00pm kick-off. This night has been designated Canandaigua Soccer Night and as part of the Pro Pass commitment We would like to see all Players and Coaches attempt to attend this fun night as a complete club. There will be opportunities to get on the field as Ball Boys/Girls, Pre-game match and half-time matches (more details to follow). The invitation to attend this fun night is also going out to all Recreation players, Coaches and family with tickets going on sale for a discounted rate of $8.00 each. Recreation players will be allowed to be part of the welcoming tunnel as the players enter the field at the beginning of the game. Come along and High Five your favorite Rhino. Let's attempt to fill a complete section of Paetec Park in CASL colors and show Rochester (and the whole of the USA, as this game will be televised live by Fox Soccer Channel) just how big soccer is in Canandaigua.

2008 Rhinos Pro Pass voted in! As members of the 2008 Attack Travel league, all players and coaches will be receiving a "Pro Pass" which will allow free general admission to all Rochester Rhinos Home Soccer games (first come, first serve). OVERVIEW |
The Canandaigua Area Soccer League, Inc. (CASL), a volunteer organization with memberships in various greater-Rochester / Wayne-Finger Lakes youth soccer organizations, the NYS West Youth Soccer Association, and the US Youth Soccer Association, Inc., promotes youth soccer in the greater Canandaigua area. The club is also a Character Education Partner with the Canandaigua School District. Our philosophy is to provide a learning experience for all participants in the areas of individual skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, trust, and respect. Our goal is to provide an environment where fun, fitness, and friendship are the primary objectives.
